It’s funny how things work out. Last week, we told you about our ‘graffiti photo shoot‘ in the abandoned building. We knew the building would be demolished soon, but what we didn’t know is that the building will be demolished next week already!
Two days ago, a local news site had been informed about our photo shoot in the building and has posted an article on their site about it. And the funny part is, yesterday, a reporter of the NHD newspaper contacted us and wanted to do an interview about it. How cool is that?!
I’m so happy we got to do the photo shoot there. Not only because it was such a fantastic location, but I’m also glad we got to capture the artworks before it is gone forever. I hope Erik Kwakman, Ronald Klouwer, and their group, find another location soon, because it would be a shame if we could never enjoy their graffiti art anymore.
During the shoot I was wearing one of my favourite skirts of this moment which I thought was perfect for this setting. You either love it or hate it, but the tutu skirt is back in fashion. The one I’m wearing is from Kathleen Madden. I paired the skirt with a simple black and white striped cropped top and my Sacha leather brogues. Brogues are the perfect shoes when looking for an elegant look when you’re not in the mood for high heels. They look surprisingly cool under a skirt or dress without making the outfit looking lumpish. I matched the outfit with an amazing Andy Warhol for Pepe Jeans purse. What do you think?
